Our story
WEM was founded by a group of four tradespeople with over 50 years of collective experience in maintenance and the trades. With backgrounds in carpentry, electrics, plumbing, and Compliance , we noticed a need for a reliable and professional reactive maintenance service within central London. We have all previously worked together in similar roles, and decided to start our own company to provide the level of service they felt was lacking in the market. As a newly-formed company, WEM is still building its portfolio of clients and experience. Our work has ranged from residential maintenance to commercial retail, and we are actively seeking contracts with housing suppliers, office management, facilities, and more. We believe in pursuing ongoing partnerships with our clients, and strive to provide a professional and efficient maintenance service at fair and transparent prices.
